Diary (19)

Why is the calculation different in your calculator than in the Dine4Fit application?

Where can I find a detailed analysis of my diet (formerly statistics) over a longer period of time in the app?

Sometimes I forget to write down my meals. Can I set a reminder?

Can I share my menu with other users?

What are My Meals and how do they work?

How to enter My meal into the menu?

Where can I change the energy unit from kcal to kJ?

What is PHE?

I would like to track not only proteins, carbohydrates, fats, but also sugars, possibly other nutrients. Is this possible?

I set my own macronutrient values (protein, carbohydrates and fats) and I still see different numbers in the graphs than the ones I set. What should I do?
