My voucher or discount code is not working. Where should I enter it?

A voucher and a discount code are not the same and are entered in different places.

Voucher

A voucher must be redeemed on the Dine4Fit website.

Procedure:

• Log in to your account on the website.
• Go to Settings.
• Click on Premium subscription.
• Select the Activate gift voucher option.
• Enter the code from the voucher and click Continue.
• After successful entry, Premium will be activated on your account.

Discount code

The discount code can only be redeemed in the mobile app when purchasing Premium.

Procedure:

• Click on the yellow Premium banner.
• In the upper left corner, click on Promo code.
• Enter your discount code.
• Complete your Premium purchase.

⚠️ A voucher cannot be entered in the discount code field in the app.

If you try to enter a voucher as a discount code, an error will be displayed. The voucher always needs to be activated on the website.
