A regular activity is an activity that you do repeatedly on the same day of the week.
Once you set it up, it will automatically add itself to your menu and you have one less thing to worry about.
You can set up regular activities by clicking:
More (☰) → Goals and parameters → Regular activities

You can save and edit regular activities in Settings in the left side menu of the page, in the Regular activities tab.
